The RDA Community Grant program supports a broad range of projects that improve the quality of life in Scott County, Iowa—from education and health to arts, culture, and community development. Whether you're a first-time applicant or a long-time partner, this is where organizations of all sizes can request support for meaningful work that serves our community.

Overview: Fall 2025 Community Grant Cycle

The RDA has two grant cycles in the Fall and Spring of each year. Review the table for important dates for each cycle.

• Who Can Apply:

• 501(c)(3) nonprofits

• Public school districts

• City government departments

• Priority: Projects benefiting the Scott County community and Quad City Region

• New Applicants: Register your organization and set up a password
